There are a TON of species that are readily available for very reasonable prices. Turtles that cost in the hundreds are typically albino or leucistic and get PRICEY!! And fly river turtles are pretty tough to find, and they will cost a pretty penny.

Just do some google-sleuthing, plenty of options out there.
