Any food that contains fish (including fish meal), contains natural growth hormones.
There is nothing magical about supplying optimum levels of protein & fat to a growing fish, most people actually supply more than is required, and more than their fish can assimilate on a daily basis.
As previously suggested, if you want large clown loaches you're better off buying larger loaches from the get go.
