I want a red devil.

I got him because I think the albino ones are pretty and it's cool to be able to have a large fish that stays pretty peaceful

Currently the stock of my 125 is an Oscar, jack dempsey and I just put two angelfish in there the other day to add activity.

oscar all the way honestly mate, get some more dithers!-) tryed so many in my midas comm only to have to sell em a week later, miss my o's
 
Had a Red Devil that grew to the size of a football, was very active, and came to the front of the tank every morning to greet me before I left for work. He was alone in a 65 g. I loved that guy.....sniff....sniff......This was years ago. I purchased another Devil not to long ago, A real burrower and hider, for months never came out of hidng cept at night, and very skittish. Just recently traded him, for a Dovii. Glad I did, Love this guy almost as much as my 1st Devil. Great fish, never had an Oscar, or wanted one. I also have heard they have no personality, but Maybe they are like the two Devils I've owned in the past.......One was very boring, and the other was the possibly the best fish I've ever owned.

Agree with Crazy Mike, Angels are cool, but don't put them with a Devil, they'll die. Put something in there that's fast, and with less crazy finnage.

You could make a Devil community work in a 125, as long as it's not consisted of Devils!? Some Convicts, maybe some other Salvinis could work, if not get some barbs or Silver dollars or small pacus, It's doable for a while......Is all i'm saying. Try it see how it goes.
