Are they illegal in texas......If they are can they be transported(not smuggled)into Texas.
 
Of course they are illegal in Texas.And no they can not be legaly transported any state lines-Anne

If they are illegal, how can you transport them across state lines without calling it smuggling? I guess you could have Scotty 'Beam' them over.

I saw 3 different kinds this weekend on stores!!! One is even having a 2 for 1 sale.
Maybe you should move up to frozen country for a bit and buy some. Getting my 100G ready for some in about 2 monthes

Yep Windsor has fish store but snakeheads are illegal in the Province of Ontario where it so happens Windsor is located.As for U.S. Customs good luck and hope they don't catch you
their powers include siezure of your vechile and its contents just food for thought-Anne
