I want an Endli

I want to get an Endli. He will be going into a 265 gallon tank (84" x 24" x 30").

I'm not a Poly expert by any means even though I have 6 right now and I have some questions. I want to know if there is a big difference between Endli endli and Endli congicus and which should I get? Or should I just take the first available seeing they're fairly scarce? Will it get too big for my tank? And will it be compatible with an Ornate and a Weeksii?

If it seems like it will work out in my tank, where can I get one asap? I see Fishroom Plus has some 3-4"ers but that's kind of small. Who is Toyin that I keep reading about and does he have a different vendor name on MFK? I couldn't find him in the vendor section. Can anyone post a link to him or anyone else who has some in stock? Any info is much appreciated. Thanks for putting up with my apparent bichir noobness.
 
toyin is rehoboth. He sells very large polys for very little money. they are wildcaught, so they are larger, more colorful, but may have disease. If you don't mind a little quarantine, definitely go for toyin. I got a 11" ornate for $40 and a 14" tikinso endli for $75
 
Awesome! He has Polypterus endlicheri endlicheri Guinea 10-12", 14-15" and Polypterus congicus 6-7", 8-10".

What's the the best one to order for my tank set up?
 
you can get anyone of those fish. Congicus will get bigger than the endli, and are more expensive. Those endlis look great with dark substrate. Depends on whether you want monster fish now, or grow them out
