I want to be a monster fish keeper. Im just 13 years old and I need advice. Im planning to buy an alligator gar and now Im taking care of 2 red eye albino giant gourami. Any tips??

If you really want to keep fish that are beyond the norms of accommodations, then you have to be responsible. It's the primary reason MFK forum exists: to educate folks how to keep their fish properly, no matter the size.

The MFK spirit is not about tank size, its about how much are you into a hobby.

I rather respect a dude with a well-maintained 10g tank than a jerk with a 100g tank with 4000+ ppm of nitrate

don't start with an alligator gar
there are lots of really cool monster fish that you don't need GIGANTUIT tanks to hold.
wait a couple of years until you are REALLY educated before you buy a monster of that size
