I know coney island was having some problems staying open or was it the boardwalk. Either way coney island aquarium is a niice but I will either plan a dirve to baltimore aquarium or maybe just head down to Camden,, thanks for everyones feedback

You could also do the Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut. I've never been there but I know the NYA sent them a botlenose dolphin and a beluga.

visited last year w/ the 'grands' & had a great time.

Georgia Aquarium

visited 'Hotlanta' this past summer & had a fantastic time.

NY Aquarium http://www.nyaquarium.com/
not as impressive as the others but still a nice place (been at least 40 times since the early 60's) Hey, it's home!! "T"

ps The most impressive LFS was just like an aquarium visit. If you happen to be in South Florida chk out Big Al's (I was like a kid in a candy shop!!)

boston aquarium is pretty good... and in your area

That's the New England Aquarium- right on the Boston Harbor.

If you want to look at a LFS, "That Fish Place" is pretty good. I think it's in Jersey, but it could be in Pennsylvania.

I looked it up its in lancaster Pa Dont know if its worth the 1 1/2 hour drive maybe next time i go to Pa i will go... In jersey the only place i see very exotic fish is Shark Aquarium

Ya out of all aquariums I've been too, the Boston Aquarium is the best. It gets kinda crowded sometimes though. They have aros and motoro stingrays, and tons of saltwater. Ghost pipefish
