yemista, if you built a pond instead of using a kiddie pool, you could easily insulate the sides and the bottom and get a sheet of lexan or plexiglass to put over the top and you should be able to heat it pretty easily.

dont feel bad. the same thing has happened to me.. i started with a small 10 gallon. found this site and got a 55. then moved to a 125 and finally at the 240 i have now with my rtc's and also a pond in a process

Yeah I know how you feel. The site has influenced me. But you have to think rational about money and space. Dont be gettign stuff you cant afford or have room for. I know you may want more fish but someties you have to control yourself.
