Start of with mine:

Currently my feeding routine is

In the morning:

1) A mix of NLS 1mm thera and 1mm cichlid

Wait until finish, then a mix of

2) freeze dry blood worms
3) freeze dry tubifix worms
4) freeze dry krill
5) freeze dry mysis shrimp
6) freeze dry earth worms

I don't ever see left overs.

At night, right before turning off the lights, I drop in

a mix of algae wafers and massavores for the lights out crowd

I also hang a zuchinni cut in half in the tank, which gets polished off in 2 days by my sailfin, gold nugget, blue phantom and my school of loaches.

NLS for the small fish. Flake for Feeder guppies. Shrimp for bass.
