Hikari pellets of varying sizes depending on the fish size twice a day.
I also feed frozen food a couple times a week.
I give my Black ghost knife frozen food twice a day everyday.
in the afternoon i feed a handful of NLS and Hikari carnivore, then i take a single market prawn and cut it up for my gar, channel and ornate then i feed 3-4 thawed bloodworm cubes for my cichlids and lima. the diet switches around quite often depending on what my grocery store gets or what i can catch.
Quite a regimen you have there Ecoli.I was wondering what your stock is?....I try to feed my larger fish in the morning to the point that they all have a slight belly bulge then that's it and they have untill the next day to digest and work it off.The various fish eat Hikari pellets, tilapia fillet, and market shrimp. My young grow outs are fed pellets in the morning and a few more in the evening.I usually let them all fast on the weekend.
I have a mixture of cichlids and some dithers...but mostly I have a school of loaches I want to fatten up before I have to leave for a month in a couple of month.
Once a day NLS feeding typically around 3:30pm
