Do the ich clear tablets work ? My 20 gallon is medicated with them right now as I noticed an out break yesterday. This is the second day of this med and I vacuumed half the water out before redosing. Does it work ? If so would you use it again ?

I also have a 200 watt stealth on this tank so cranking the temp shouldnt be an issue
Also 9 tablespoons of salt cured in water
and I also have quick cure

Where would you go from here?:):):)
Thanks fellas and ladies ,

ya they work just turn off all ur filter and do 1/4 water changes everyday iwould use them agin
thanks , why turn off the filter.... I removed carbon but turning off the filters seems like a bad idea...

leave the filters running like normal, just remove the carbon like you already did. I wouldn't bother with meds if the fish can handle salt and heat

Running salt and heat. 86 degree water and one tablespoon API aquarium salt every 5 gallons. 50% water changes every day. (vacuuming the gravel heavily every water change of course)

Save your money and just use salt. Turn the temp up (the parasites will die faster) then add like 2-3 tsp per gallon of aquarium or rock salt (the parasites can't breed in salt). Just remember that salt doesn't evaporate, so don't redose without water changes. Might take a few weeks for it too all clear up, but this is much milder than any chemical.

running this plan now tank temp is 88 and its got a tablespoon per 5 gallons of water :headbang2 fish are still trying to breed I cant believe it.

What is in the 20G? 88* seems a bit high. Most run them at 84-85* to clear ich.

Mollies and platy's . I read 90 is a good temp... Should I lower it ?

I might be wrong, but don't Mollies and such like it in the mid-to-upper 70s? I would turn it down. For ridding ich, 84-85* is a good temp, but normally try not to get to far away from about 78*. I don't know of anywhere that has 90* water with fish.
