That just proves that Iowa water is superior to Okies...LOL......I have luck with the one in five method, but I dought it would hurt the fish....I know it would hurt the ICH!!!!

ha!! Growing up in Iowa I'd have to agree with you I know your corn is better.
A lot of people do swear by the 1 TBS/5 gal 'rule'. I'm too scared to ever risk it that low again.

what do you do with the plants in your tank during this treatment? Would the heat and/or salt kill it?
