Ich medications

just go with the salt/heat, wouldn't bother with much harsher meds, especially treating cichlids

Turning up temp., salt and water changes usually work. But if I did need to use a medication I usually use coppersafe. Worked well for me in the past.

I personally have not had any luck with ich meds. The only thing that worked is salt and raising the temperature to 32C for one week. Was very cheap too as i used regular table salt rather than "aquarium salt" which is a rip off as its all NaCl anyway, just in a different packet.
