- Have you tested your water?
- Yes
- If I did not test my water...
- ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
- Do you do water changes?
- Yes
- If I do not change my water...
- ...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.
For any when that wants to take a guess.
Iv had my 32.5 gallon fluval flex up and running for about a year. I bred over 50 apistogramma in there last winter sold of my stock and for the last 6 months has been sitting with 6 otocinclus in it. I introduced 20 guppies and 15 cherry shrimp. Top much too fast I got a .25 ppm ammonia spike for a few days, handled it. Now my female guppies have been dieing and I have a male that had three white salt like granular spots on his head. One local fish shop tells me it's ICH. The other Epistles.
The argument is that if my tanks been up for a year and his stock is good (which I believe it probably is) that it can't be ich.
Any thoughts on this?
