I'd say about 6-8 of my 30ish week old guppy fry have white spots covering their entire bodies. I don't know if it's ich or not or whether I should treat the whole tank for ich. Any thoughts?

Bump up the temp and add salt to be safe. I wouldn't risk meds due to delicacy of fry, as well as not being sure its even inch (tho it looks like it)

Ill add salt but can't change the temp, no heater in the tank and have no working ones on me. My only tank that's heated is my 75G.
Was a little risky but I found a heater for a 5 gallon that runs off ambient room temp that I hooked up on this tank and hopefully it'll do the job.
Just fought off some ich past week, kept the temperature around 86 and dosed with salt. Cleared it up after 5-6 days. Hopefully it'll clean up your tank too

I have had a lot of luck with 100% water changed. As in having a couple containers and moving the fish from container to container every couple of days.
