My kamfa flower got ich really bad about 3 weeks ago. Now that he’s recovered he’s lost a lot of his bright colors and looks more black.

Probably still not recovered. Give it time and feed well.
I treated the tank for 14 days with cupermine ( I probably spelled it wrong) and increased temp for those 14 day’s. Rn I’ve done a couple water changes and added salt to the tank with a stress treatment that promotes recovery and a good slime coat.
