ICK and how to treat!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
if your medicating your fish for ich your medicating your ray for nothing.no medications are good for rays, teacups are the hardest rays to keep they always die medicating it for no reason? your choice.

Actualy i agree a littlebit with calgary. You shouldnt put any meds in there before the ray is totally acclimated and eating good. Young rays dont seem to handle medications very well..

Depends on what type of rays and their condition.

Every ray is different but from my experience teacups die very easy

as far as i know rays don't get ICK

don't add a ray to a tank with ICK

if you have already added the ray your probable best removing the ray treating the tank then remove all the meds with carbon before putting the ray back in

everyone always says add salt and up the temp this method could take ages to get rid of it

never put another fish in before quarantine again and i recommend a UV as fish like clown loach get it a lot

with UV i have had no ICK since the 80s
