i have a tank with discus and tetras with a stingray what can i use to treat ich without hurting ray the tertas got ich plase help thanks

i'd remove either the ray, or all of the other fish.
ick treatments are poison to rays, i wouldn't put a drop of that stuff in my ray tank.

you could also dissolve salt into a bucket of water, then pour the bucket into the tank. (make sure the salt is dissolved into the bucket water before pouring in.)
then turn up the temp in your tank higher, can kill off the ick. make sure you have an air pump going as higher temp and salt in the water make for less O2.

Seachems para guard is ray safe just follow the dose on the bottle

Just make sure the uv is running at the correct GPH or it won't help

you want at a maximum 10 gph per watt to kill parasites less is better

as an easy example if you had a 10 watt uv sterilizer you would want less than a 100 gph. As long as the bulb is being cooled you can't have the water flow too low
