You will continue losing fish until you get your salt concentrations up to 3 teaspoons per gallon. This salt level will not harm your clown loaches. I've done it multiple times in my tanks with clown loaches without negative effects. In fact I start to see Ich concentrations drop off rather quickly. Some salt in the water at all times helps with osmosis in fish. Get more salt in there! Don't bother spending the money on the expensive aquarium salt, go to the grocery store and purchase canning and pickling salt. This is salt without iodine or decaking agents. I've tested it and found it not only safe but helped save my fish. Get that salt level up like everyone else is suggesting to you!
Also remember that if you are using chemical treatments, remove all carbon, which may include removing filter cartridges on HOB filters as many have carbon in the cartridges.

How does that relate to tablespoons per gallon? So basically one tablespoon per gallon? Because a 3 teaspoons is 1 Tbs right?
