Every time I ever had ich problems it always got way worse before it got better. Kordon ich attack is the only product that I would use other then salt and heat. It's 100% natural you can't overdose the tank.
I also tend to add some methylene blue when treating ich. The higher temps makes for less dissolved oxygen. The meth blue helps
