That looks really bad.. You have to show us your parameters or else we can't really help you out. Clown Loaches are extremely sensitive to bad water conditions even slightly. Meds usually don't work for Ick either as the root cause is water quality

Stock list, size of tank, temp, the fishes that died, and WC schedule?

I do my 20% water changes every week. I did a 50% water change when i noticed the spots. All my fish were good until i got the clown loaches. I did not quarantine them and man am i regretting it.

Clown Loaches stress and get ICK VERy easily. Do your other fishes pick on them

And no the meds are probably a good bet, Jungle makes good meds.
