I have a main treatment and a backup. First course is a temp of 86 and 2 tsp per gallon of aquarium salt. Leave it like that for at least a week after the ich disappears. For tough cases you can also add formalin/methylene blue, but it's hard on the fish so use as a last resort.

Dittos on that, would only add maybe an additional air stone while the temps are higher. Heat alone will often kill the ich.
