Have 2 tems that I had recently bought that have formed ick the past couple days and it seems to be getting worse. current temp is approx. 78-79 degrees. What do I do???

BTW my tank is fairly heavily planted with many different plants swords, moss, etc. Its a 210 gallon with 2 monos 2 tems florida gar albino bristlenose pleco TSN Raphel cat poly pike cichlid and an oscar.
I have researched that treatment and it is known to severely damage and most of the time kill plants and I have alot of plants that are very mature and expensive.

before you put it in your tank do a 75 percent water change
and rise your tempeture a bit till around 85-86 degress

You're going to have to treat the tank if you want all your fish to live. Ick is apparently in your tank and going through it's life cycles, and your other fish will catch it. So removing the two tems will be useless. You will have to salt the tank, just add less than recommended. Or remove and bleach the plants, and add them to another tank, then treat the 210 with salt, but you should atleast increase the temp to 86 F.
