There are at least 6 Nicaraguan lake Amphilopines that all look very similar to that pic, so trying to tell just by looking at a few photos is impossible.
The only way to even venture a guess, would be to have access to info, like what lake, or its imported ancestors lake it came from.
And what makes IDing harder these days, is that so many people are randomly producing Amphilophine hybrids, muddying the waters even more.
