I agree it's stewartii variant for sure, ad a Very nice one ! Probably a male, I've seen this variety or one very similar listed as "sp. whitefin". But as Brucki stated their are many variants and probably still several undescribed species out there. If the pic's are from the catch point can the seller tell you where he caught it ??

I doubt it'll get anywhere close to 24" maybe half that , my bet is dwarf variety with fins like that it looks like a fairly mature fish to me.

That was my guess with that being dwarf... Will chk on the catch point. I think it is chel river cause that's what the file was named as.
