i got this from the pet store it just said peacock bass can u help me out and tell me the min tank size for two

Temensis. Min tank for a full grown tem would be like 6 x 3 x 2 at the minimum. Considering the adult length is 40".

markings will start to show at around a foot you could prolly keep him in a 125 for maybe 9 months plus or minus depends on how good your water params are and how much you feed him and what you feed him

Not even a foot they show markings sometimes at like 8-9".

They'll grow about 1" per month.
Mine started to show spotting and an obvious change in appearance at about 6"

8-9" for "markings"? Mine had spots at 5". When they mature the "markings" go away. 20"+

They may be able to last 1.5 years MAX. in your 135....depends on how much you feed em and how fast per month they grow. I would only let em get to 12" till you need a bigger tank! Probably only a year or so!
