thank you very much

Way too small tank.
Way too little filtration.
Way too little water in there.
Your fish look sick.

Judging by your picture in another thread, i'm guessing the water level is not just low due to making a water change.

You should be ashamed.

Ban him.

wow n0ob...how about you ASK him if thats how he keeps his tanks? or open up discussion about the conditions his fish seem to be in, "sick" according to you..instead of jumping the gun and ASSuming the worst. If thats how he keeps them, I think an explanation of how they need to be kept is better than calling for a "BAN", dont you? and youve been here, what...20 days and already youre trying to dictate free speech and aquascaping? Give it a rest.

There could be any number of reasons they are like that, the first being inexperience, which we are here to help.

Once youve been here longer than 20 days, youll come to find that most people that keep fish in to small tanks etc are either young as hell, dont know any better or have been mislead by the internet or local LFS.

Dont want everyone here banning the new guy for popping off at the mouth without knowing the circumstances now, do ya?:screwy:

It didnt, so why did you put your opinion of what you thought?

Most of the adults here like to help people become better fishkeepers. You should watch and learn.

I don't want to disagree with you, mainly because you have the greatest avatar ever, but if you look here ---> http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88120&page=2

..he shows the same picture and says that it's of his community tank.

Thanks!

lol...its cool man. Im not wanting to argue with anyone. I just think that it would be better for him to be told everything we know that is wrong with his setup and why instead of calling for him to be banned. That is ALL that Im saying. I cant tell you how many times weve seen the same thing on here and it ended up being a 13 yr old that didnt know any better, or a girl that was given a tank by someone, or someone interested and didnt know any better... and they benefitted from someone telling them it was wrong and the correct setup.

No hard feelings.

i agree with you cape fear. where has he stated the tank size or filtration. he does keep posting pics with "low" water levels but it could have been during a water change.

noobs don't need to be harassing other noobs, especially one that is posting...

all his fish look like they're in good health. i dont see any signs of ick, cloudy eyes, torn fins, etc. so STFU

anyways about the ID, im not sure. looks to be a Vieja or Paratheraps species
