Excellent impulse buy! They're cool fish. They're gobies so they can suction to things with they're ventral fins.

Here's a really good write up on them...

Thanks I guess I didn't believe that there was such a thing as a 'crazy fish' so I thought it needed some id. I thought it was because it was mean or ate alot. lol They were right on brackish and goby too, I'll give them credit!! I just thought it wasn't a goby because it doesn't really look like one. More like a little wolf fish.

Mini monster wolf for sure. 'Crazy Fish' belong on mfk even if they do stay little. lol They can sure eat!
nason the fish in the av is a female festae, your in cleveland I picked it up at the old neptunes about a year ago. He had a tank full, an old employee had a breeding pair. You can still get them prob at either something fishy or johns in willoughby.

It's considered a Gudgeon, not a Goby I believe. Close enough, though. I will get one someday, when I have the space to do what I want with my tanks.

I ll have to check out something fishy for sure, he has some rare fish around these parts and some pretty fair prices, Ive had a good experience everytime Ive been up there, those emperors in there are amazing, thanks for the heads up

lol you'll find out why he's called crazy fish....if you find him floating upside down ontop of the tank he's not dead.....even floats vertical in the water stalking fish...great hunters
