It's supposed to be a silver datlining looking really brown haha

Although the dat is a bit unstable it is a silver,I can tell by it's "ear".

Most ofcoursely.....they go back and forth on their own and no one has pinned down exactly what causes them to do it.Some say they go stable when they are stressed and unhappy and others claim the opposite.Give your silver some time settle in and get comfortable in it's new surroundings and it should color up soon.

My dats were so friendly, never hid and would beg for food from day 1(2in) but were totally charcoal. After several months, 3 of the 4 colored up.
