Thanks pmtuneman13 you've been alot of help and, right now i have them eating hakari cichlid gold, frozen beefheart, frozen cichlid delight, frozen brine shrimp,and freeze dried krill.

Sounds perfect. To get them to beef up a little, I feed them nightcrawlers. Rinse them first though. Also live ghost shrimp weekly. But what you have them on is top notch. Someone might tell you to buy Chingmix but I don't see the reason for it.

Ok i know that I'm not a very active member on this site but here's a update of my flowerhorn that I decided to keep after taking some of you guys advise. I gave the smaller of the two away to a friend because the big one kept bullying it but my friend emailed me a pic so I'll post it along with the flowerhorn I own. The first pic is the flowerhorn that I decided to keep and the second pic is the flowerhorn that I gave away, only thing is when I gave him away he had no color he was just black and white prob from the stress but he really turned out now i'm jelous. lol!
