Id help labeled as laticeps ray

Hello fellow fish keepers I just purchased a Ray labeled as a laticeps Ray. Considering laticeps is a name that can be used to describe a number of species, I need the Ray experts to help me out. He is a little skinny but started eating right out the bag no joke .... I think it is a hystrix Ray but I could just be thinking wishfully

Looks like you lucked out! I could be wrong but, looks like a hystrix to me

Can you get a picture with better lighting not using the blue light? It does look like a hystrix but white lighting will tell better.
