This species is 100% imported via Colombia, had a few of these.

Here is a peru flower I had that looks very similar to the one I posted earlier. Love to show the first pic of it freshly imported. It is in a 75 gallon tank for observation. At 9" it touches the front and back.

By the way Richard, why do all your posts about rays always say "I have had" and "I have", have you ever counted how my rays you have owned over the years?

Actually the first is a tigrillo which is in the casted family. Would agree the other is a orbignyi with a really nice pattern. Orbs have eye brows just behind their eyes, that and tail marking tend to be the same but disk pattern can vary.
