I confirm what IS300 mentioned, that is without a doubt lapradei.

Lapradeis tend to be finicky when newly acquired or moved from one system to another, and will often loose all their color.

Your new bichir shows juust enough color/pattern to dissern it as Polypterus bichir lapradei.

now that i look at it i was way off it also seems to have a more green tint to it that atleast my sen.
 
Was it sold to you as a congicus? I'd let them know they were wrong. A good vendor/LFS will correct the mistake.
