When i bought this it was a little scraggler but was told it was a flowerhorn. Now that she is bigger and has color id like to really know what it is. Can anyone help?

I think you're the guy I told it kind of looked like a hogaboom but wasn't sure. I'm not an amphilophus expert or anything. We need Jason S or Chris aka chc.
 
I think people might be right saying it's a hogaboomorum... Like the fish in my avatar... Looks a lot like the one I have, but smaller of course.
 
I think it's gonna be hard to tell from those pics. it looks like the camera is distorting the coloration....or perhaps its the tank lighting. the barred varieties of amphilophus can be hard enough to determine from each other without picture coloration issues. from the pics I'd say it could be amarillo but hog is definitely a possibility too. Hogs and red isletas are going to be the more likely to have the red on the abdomen area of the fish.
