I'm just cracking up that people think they can identify a certain species of Amp (if it's even a pure species (odds are it's not)) from the photo provided. It's hard enough to distinguish certain Amphilophus species even if you have several in person in front of you.

The way the "professionals" distinguish A. citrinellus from A. amarillo is the shorter snout (35.3 - 40.1% SL) and dorsal fin base of A. amarillo.

Can you really tell that from the photo? Of course not! People are just guessing...

The true answer is no one can tell you what exactly you have. It is most likely an Amphilophus mutt of the citrinellus complex. Slimmer chance that it's a pure species but they're so closely related that you'll never have a definitive answer.
