ID help

Can anyone id this fish. Sold to me as a red zebra but seems to be not as its been 6 months and it never grew unlike the other red zebras.

Really? The size of this is 1" and another red zebra thats the same age is about 5"

Could be a runt. It happens.

Impossible to say what that fish is by simply viewing that image. It could be just about anything, including a hybrid cross.
