The bottom pike has a blotch behind the eye, a trait of C. lugubris. The top pike has absolutely no sign of a blotch behind the eye, even mood changes would show a slight discoloration behind the eye. Then look at eye color. Not even close to the same, and eye color doesn't change depending on mood.
