If you blow up the second pic, I can see what may be an adipose fin. I do not know where you are located, but I am going to guess that it may have been a salmon or trout fry. Is this possible in your area?

Upstate NY.. could have been a trout fry, salmon don't run in this creek. next time I catch one I will know not to mix it in with the other fish.. I am guessing the convicts, JD, Oscars, and misc Africans would also see one as lunch...
