Thanks very much for your replies, i am completely new to f.h. s and realy appreciate any views as i am serious about my fish although i only have 5 tanks.
I am glad to here he's a nice 1 although it was only luck and as you say, i had to pick 1 that " i " like as i will have to live with it, but he is already my favourite.
Thought i was going to have to sepparate him last night as the convict has been her useual bullying but things seem to have calmed down.

I see what you mean paul about the flower line, am gona have a look through some of the other lads pics. and start to learn more.

Sabre where abouts did you get your Flowerhorn in the UK?

Generally, keeping your FH by itself will bring out the best (kok, colors etc...)

You may want to try this if he doesn't live up to your expectations or starts bullying his tankmates or viceversa.

They grow to a max size of about 12 inchs..
Not all get a big KOK..
Most tend not to get a big KOK..
But big KOK's are usually more sought after, hence the price difference..

1 feet is for those non-normal FH. Flowerhorn can grow up to 2 feet or more. Depends on the size of your tank
