I love your big tank and was looking at pics of it again tonight because I was bored. How did those dovii x jag fry ever turn out? I couldn't find any pics of any grown out in your threads.

Feeders :D

when are you getting your bigger tank, like mo said id suggest a 300G+, theres nothing stoping you buying a juvie and growing it out ready to go in with the others, personally i think nothing's impossible and if your luky you may just get a placidone, chances are you wont but hey u mightaswell try it.

also you know this already but just to remind you i wouldnt advise a pair like all your other parachromis are.

John's tank is so killer. I didn't know he had a pair of dovii in there, all I see in the cam is fat cats, pbass, and pacu. The dovii must be huge.

I've got the bigger tank now, a 350g. I'm building the stand for it currently. And even I'm not tarded enough to try and add a pair of dovii to what I've got already.:D

I don't think I would risk losing any of my current stock by adding a dovii. There's just too much to lose.

JohnPTC's tank.

Huge pair of Dovii in the back left corner if I remember right, nothing else really goes near that territory besides some butterkoferi - unless I'm mistaken.

I love his tank. Unfortunately, I don't have 10,000 gallons like he does.

Killer doesn't even begin to describe that tank. It is definately one of the best here.:)

No workie here either.... I put a 6" male in a 240 and it took him 1 day to dominate half of the tank from the refuge of one flower pot. :screwy: He's in time-out as we speak.

I have a 210gal tank that currently houses a 7" wild male dovii, 8" regular moto, 8" maculicauda, 7" sagittae, and 6" labiatus. I know i eventually will need more space for the dovii but at this time they they get along quite well. The moto rules the tank but doesn't really beat on anyone. I introduced the moto after the dovii had been in the tank for around a month they constantly locked up for two days and then it just stopped. now everyone seems to deal with eachother, there is some chasing but no brawls, i guess i'm lucky to this point.
