I know. For the price of setting up my 20 gallon for salt I could buy and setup a 55 gallon fresh.
 
Im thinking about setting up a 10g salt tank right now also, ive been told that a tank that small the reason you want a HOB is more for water movement, if you are going with live rock that is. And that you dont need a skimmer with tanks so small

If its 30 or under you just need marine grade sand, and salt. Really the only difference. Make sure you have extra bio to make up for live rock though. Just like monster filtration on FW
