Kinda hard to tell from that pic, could you get a full body and head shot.

Looks like a bristlenose but can easily be another type
 
hmmmm thats his spot in the tank and is hard to see him anywhere else.
And there are no bristles yet i've had it a year now and its 3inches in my main tank plz say its a common (excuse 4 new tank big one)

The pattern does not look like a common plecos pattern but more like a bristlenose hence why i said it could be a BN. My BN is 3inches and i have had it for about a year aswell with no bristles, they grow reasonably slow and it could be a female

Try get a zoomed out shot, of the head, full body and tail so we can tell from certain aspects
