From what i see in the refection in the fist pic looks similar in body shape to my male...just a guess tho....a clear pic or look at the vent needed to be certain...but looks more male than female from what is visible...

Turns out the Jaguar is a female and has actually spawned. Currently I've just changed the tank from under gravel filter to external and also have sand instead of gravel. I notice today that someone has been digging too! Maybe another spawn
