I agree with Ricky(Infblue). Headshape is a dead give away that it's a Weeksii.

The only thing that sways me is the rear half has Palmas Polli / Retro mottled patterning.

Yeah, scrap that LOL.
Full sizing the pictures can see the head clearer is does look like Weeksii.
I guess the lack of patterning in the body threw me off!
