ID my catfish please....

recently bought this catfish from some guy that had it in like a 35 gallon tank and i wanted to save it so i bought it for 25 and i got no idea what catfish it is looks like a synodontis help me...

It's the ubiquitous channel catfish = Ictalurus punctatus. Even still can see the spots.

^Agreed. They typically reach about 2-3' in length and remain pretty active into adulthood.

The easiest way to tell a bullhead from channel is bullhead's tail is squared off (apart from one member of the genus of Ameiurus, the white catfish), channel's is forked.

water temprature? aggression? size? is it stunted since it was in such a small tank? how fast do they grow?
