that looks pretty much the exact same as the larger of my two zig zag eels that i got about two months ago
the pattern and color is very different from both zig zags I have owned. never heard of a starry night eel
Juvi orange is my bet. or a sub-species of zig zag. the head shape and body composistion makes me lean towards the orange.
