No such thing as California gar, and that's not a rainbow snakehead.
it's a Florida gar, Mine didn't do well with asian arowana, eventually the aro turned on him and killed him. Jardini are even more aggressive then RTG's My bet is it may work for a while but eventually the aro will pick off the gar. Gar's also are prone to sudden bursts of speed when harassed which often results in them snapping there spine hitting the side of the tank, with aggressive cichlids they may also run him into a wall.
As for the snakehead , absolutely should not be kept in that mix. It's a bit blurry but it looks like an large adult Channa Gachua, Smaller species that would be as big as it's going to get while all the other species listed are going to gt much larger. On top of that hey are subtropical should not be kept at warm temperatures year round. Best kept solo , very poor choice to mix with aggressive cichlids.
Also I'd recommend you keep a close eye on that jardini arowana, It'll likely turn quite nasty as it gets older the motoro will be fine on the bottom, the silver might do OK because if kept well it'll be too large to be picked on but those cichlids will all likely fall victim to the jardini when it matures.
Where in canada are you from ?
