It's a 100% Nigerian lapradei. If you wanna know which body of water in Nigeria? It would be Ogun river or Benue river. Not 100% on which river as both river have Nigerian bichirs that holds similar head shape to the one that you have.

Not 100% Faranah, as Faranah is actually a town in Guinea. So all those lapradei being called Milo, Sankarani, Tinkisso are all called Guinea lapradei or Niger lapradei as those are just tributaries of Niger River that flows to Guinea area.

Why is Farranah better for some reason? If you don't even know that wouldn't even make a difference as far as I can tell.
