Could be dicrozoster, altifrons or most likely surinamensis. My theory is if you don't know what type it is, it's surinamensis. Those three are what first comes to my mind but its very hard to tell unless labeled properly.
I'm just going to go with Surinamensis for previously stated reasons.
They're Omnivorous, so your usual mix of high quality pellets as a staple diet, mixed with odd bits of vegetables as well as meatier treats like beefheart here and there.
