That is definitely the truth...my Jades are monsters now and they don't take crap from anyone.

Jade sleeper goby. Im almost positive. I have 2 at the moment and they started out looking pretty close to that.

I agree...Dormitator maculatus. I have two of these guys as well. My guys looked like that when they were little...here's one of them (bigger of the two at 12"):

It does not look like a banded killie fish to me, look at the dorsal fins, I would agree with sleeper goby.

def not a killifish ive got them in my creek and thats not one
sleeper goby possibly though like pirhana lover i will not type the number said it does not really look like a goby

Ah yes, i missed that...I was looking at the first pic too much where that part dorsal fin was not really visable. Thanks for pointing that out to me .
